A nugget of inspiration from yesterday morning.

For women 40 and above, please get your mammograms. They can be scary but they are essential and save lives. And for those without access to health insurance, Planned Parenthood, an organization I love because they took care of my reproductive health when I didn’t have insurance, offers free breast exams and if needed will refer you to a healthcare provider who offers mammograms at a discount or for free if you qualify. We can do this. 💜
