Wow! Are we really in the last quarter of the year? I bet you, like us, you’re amazed at how quickly the year is coming to a close!

I must confess that I’m not too sad this quarter is over because it turned to be more challenging both professionally and personally than I had anticipated. But as usual, our blog came to the rescue and took my mind, and hopefully yours too, away from the rough patches, if only for a bit.

From recognizing why we love our 40s and learning that we’re indestructible, to finding healthy ways to deal with workplace stress and drawing on inspiring quotes to get us through the difficult times, we discovered why we appreciate our age, the true meaning of courage, the power of standing together as women, and that the best way to fight any kind of stress is to take care of our mind, body and spirit.

We’re glad you came along for the ride and showed us the gapmuse musings that resonated with you through your likes, comments, follows, and visits to our blog and social media. In case you missed it:

Here are your top most popular musings and inspiring quotes for the past 3 months:

I carved out a life as close to what I had envisioned as possible despite numerous challenges.

But as much as I had fun and became more successful during these two decades, it’s in my 40s I feel I have come into my own. Read on
