Be inspired.

You know what they say, once the first quarter of the year is over, the year is pretty much done! We’re not complaining, though. After all, it’s April, the beginning of our favorite season (sans allergies, of course.)

We can’t wait to break out our colorful, playful, and sometimes flowery spring dresses, do some much needed spring cleaning, get our mani/pedis (hey, I’m the first to admit that I neglect my feet in the winter), and plan for our summer activities and vacations.

But before we get going, we thought we would take a minute to peek back at what we’ve been up to in the past 3 months.

From discovering hair care secrets and honoring women who inspired us, to exploring transformative principles, and celebrating Women’s History Month and International Women’s Day, we were thrilled to discover, share, and muse about positive and empowering stories of women and girls and thankful that you came along for the ride.

So in case you missed it, here are our musings and what you, our readers and fans, cared about most in the first quarter of 2016.

Whether it’s in the beginning, middle or end of the year, meaningful change is good at anytime. Read on…

Dr. Martin Luther King Quote

Our Martin Luther King quote that we showcased on Instagram on Martin Luther King Day is by far your most popular quote.  No surprise here, though, because it’s just as powerful and rings as true today as when he coined it many years ago.
