Since October is both Domestic Violence Awareness Month and National Bullying Prevention Month, we thought we would peek back at a campaign that inspired a movement to protect children by putting an end to bullying.  In 2006, PACER Center (Parent Advocacy Coalition for Educational Rights) created the National Bullying Prevention Month, a week long campaign held in October to raise awareness of bullying prevention through events, activities, outreach, and education.  The campaign quickly evolved into a one month effort, which motivates people to engage in anti-bullying activities.

In support of  this worthy anti-bullying movement, here are some additional resources to help you or someone you know protect kids from bullying in and out of school and online (cyberbullying.)  Please share with others so we can galvanize more people to support this movement and continue to keep our children safe:

Why not join the movement to stop bullying and cyberbullying today?

Know of any other resources that can help?  Please feel free to share with us here.
